Funding. Graduate of Eastern Washington University, 1968, and Fuller Theological Seminary, Graduate School of Divinity. Certified as capital specialist, mortgage investor, and factoring specialist. Served in U.S. Army during Vietnam, honorably
discharged. Responsible for the Firm's alternative funding strategies, specializing in
Private Equity, Venture Capital, Merchant Banking and Asset Based credit facilities.

Joined CSC Capital Group in 1996. Currently, Chief Financial Officer with Woodcrafters Lumber and Hardware
Co. Previously, Staff Accountant at Siltec Silicon and Oberson Oil. Graduate of Portland State University, 2002, and Western Baptist College, 1997. Member of the Institute of Managment Accountants. Responsible for overseeing the Management Information Systems
of the Firm as well as conducting advanced financial modeling for both clients and private holdings. Also, performs acquisition evaluations and options and warrants modeling.

Joined CSC Capital Group in 1995. Previously with leading Silicon Valley REIT. Attended San Jose State University, 1980, Graduate Healds Business College, 1982. Responsible for

John E. Karpac, CPA, BA
Joined CSC Capital Group in 2001. Currently, Principal of McCarter, Hamilton & Karpac, a national business debt restructuring firm specializing in the European Approach to Debt Mediation. Graduate of Rider College, 1970 and Member of the International Association of Business Mediation Consultants. Also, a Principal of US Business Capital (USBC). USBC works with CSC Capital
Group as a Direct Lender to provide the "Entrepreneurial Line of Credit Program" to clients needing working capital. USBC specializes in Accounts Receivable Financing for business. USBC also
advises CSC Capital Group in identifying lenders or arranging for a consortium of lenders to finance the Firm's restructuring clients and acquisition targets. John

Robert W. Ruck, MBA, BA, CPA
Joined CSC Capital Group in 2001. Currently, Principal of Robert W. Ruck, CPA, LLC. Previously, Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche (San Francisco office) where he specialized in tax planning and structuring for M&A clients. Graduate of Oregon State University, 1975, and Lincoln University, 1997.
He oversees the tax planning and tax structuring aspects of the Firm, as

Richard B. Potter, AAMS, BA Joined
CSC Capital Group in 2005. Currently
a Financial Consultant with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. A graduate of
Washington State University, School of Business and Economics, 1984. He
holds both a Series 7 & 66. He
holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College
for Financial Planning. He assists the Firm in providing Comprehensive
Financial Planning and Wealth Management services to clients including
Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Business & Individual
Life, Special Needs, Individual Retirement Planning and Business

Rod Austin BS, MA, CPhil
Joined CSC Capital Group in 2008. Previously, Rod was the Vice President
for Business Development and Operations at Platinum Equity, a $10B
private equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying
acquisition candidates, performing due diligence and developing
valuation. Post acquisition, he served in various interim management
roles including VP Sales and Marketing.
Previous business experience includes the CEO at Foresight Software and
at ProfitKey International, the VP for Latin American Operations at D &
B Software, and the VP of Sales at National Data Corporation.
Prior to his business career, he was a research economist at the Rand
Corporation in Santa Monica, and an Assistant Professor of economics at
California State University.
Rod is a graduate of Santa Clara University, and received his Masters
and C.Phil degrees in economics from UCLA where he was a Fulbright

Stephanie Donaldson
Joined CSC Capital Group in 2007. She has extensive experience in the
Building Materials Industry. Previously, executive administrator for
D.C. Builders LLC. Prior to her administrative work she managed one of
Home Depot's shipping and receiving operations. Graduate of Washington
Business School, 1998.
Responsible for managing the firms business development. Overall
responsible for the public relations aspect of the firm which includes
market research, initiating prospective client contacts, following up
leads, submitting firms industry news to magazines, and managing the
